Rahul Chakraborty

Image
Understanding the essence of watercolours is in itself a masterpiece.    - Unknown     An artist balances the scales of creativity and sanity like no one ever has. Rationality and madness blend gracefully to mould an artist like Rahul Chakraborty.     Rahul is an accomplished watercolorist who dared to glance towards the rising horizons of ingenuity. He was greeted by a colourful sight of endless possibilities and opportunities and thus decided to pursue the unthinkable.     Leaving the corporate world to pursue art was unheard of. But Rahul sought out the toughest choice, hoping for a brighter turn of events. His vigour and enthusiasm helped mould his personality substantially; thus helping him achieve what he always hoped for.     Recognition and fame did not come easy, but Rahul had his gaze held even higher. He wanted to quench his never ending thirst for creativity and thus went onto illustrate his artworks across the globes, contributing to the world of art at the same time.

Margareta Palm

Image
Margareta Palm is living near Uppsala, Sweden at the place where she started to paint with watercolor 20 years ago.   This technique invites her to new challenges and endless opportunities. Sometimes she just let the watercolor flow, other times the smallest details are very important. The palette knife spreads water and color pigment over the paper and based on this result, the work continues abstractly or figuratively. New meetings between different colorpigments are most important..  For several years she has worked with experimental watercolor, which she also teaches through courses and digital workshops  in several countries. Today Margareta has shown her watercolors in galleries and juried exhibitions in several European countries, besides Sweden, Lithuania, Belgium, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Finland, Spain and Slovakia.
